These Terms govern your use of the ProServe Foods & Distribution website, our wholesale pricing and availability request process (Quote List), and the Community Produce Box program. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

Wholesale accounts

Wholesale supply is available to approved business customers (restaurants, grocers, caterers, institutions, and food service operators). Pricing, minimums, payment terms, and delivery windows are confirmed at account approval and may be updated from time to time.

Community Produce Boxes

Produce box requests are not orders. Each request is reviewed by our team, and pricing and availability are confirmed in a customized quote based on seasonal market conditions. No payment is collected until a quote is accepted.

Orders, pricing, and availability

• Prices are subject to change based on market and seasonal availability.
• We may substitute comparable items when a product is temporarily unavailable.
• Delivery dates and windows are estimates and may be adjusted for weather or operational reasons.

Payment

Approved wholesale accounts are invoiced according to their agreed payment terms. Late accounts may be placed on hold.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProServe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or fulfillment of orders.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
